T-Mobile’s Store Designs Are Coming To Life
Have you stepped into a T-Mobile lately? Their stores are looking *Chef’s Kiss*.
Apex has been fortunate enough to help T-Mobile with countless rebuilds and remodels all around the country. Their new store designs mark “the evolution from a transactional format to an experiential format - with a warm, casual, guest-focused ambiance.” And you can feel it when you step inside them.
Our teams have been stepping into stores throughout the continental US, as we help rebuild and revamp them to an aesthetically pleasing format. Apex has helped T-Mobile roll out two different store design concepts recently, depending on the store’s location. The first is a clean and airy white look design and the second is a darker style design with charcoal flooring, black ceilings, and wood fixtures.
Each of these projects requires strong in-house Apex teams, along with a large network of sub-contractors that can complete the MEP Trades. These teams have been “flying” from store to store, with a store revamp being completed from between 2 weeks to up to 6 weeks, with multiple stores under construction at the same time!
The Scope
Flooring - Replacing all flooring throughout the building
Architectural Changes - Removing and Rebuilding Walls
HVAC - New Ductwork, Grilles/Diffusers, RTU’s (Roof Top Units)
Electrical - New lighting and control panels, New lighting fixtures, new outlets.
Plumbing - moving restrooms to other parts of the store, finding sewer lines, copper work
Repainting - Full Interior front-of-house and back-of-house
New Ceiling Grid and Tiles Throughout
Updated Security
