Real Store Makeovers: T−Mobile Edition
The customer experience in every store is a high-priority for T-Mobile.
After their acquisition of Sprint, they needed to update all their stores for uniformity and to get the customer experience just right.
T-Mobile wanted the customer experience to match the brand new online experience that customers were having. Everything needed to be cohesive and completed with a quick turnaround.
The Scope
The thing is, remodeling a lot of stores really quickly is an art form. You need to hire a team who can be efficient and consistent to get the job done across all the stores. That’s where the Apex team came in.
Over the past couple of years, our Apex team has been trusted to conduct full remodels for close to 150 T-Mobile stores per year.

Overall, the customer experience at a T-Mobile store is impacted by many little decisions. A lot of those decisions have been implemented by our team at a high level so the T-Mobile employees are now able to interact with customers in cohesion.
